IN EAST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI ...NESHOBA COUNTY AT 615 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO DEVELOPING 3 MILES WEST OF PHILDELPHIA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
