CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ALLEN COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN INDIANA * UNTIL 1000 PM EST * AT 800 PM EST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THAT THUNDERSTORMS IN AND AROUND FORT WAYNE HAD WEAKENED. HOWEVER... SEVERE FLASH FLOODING IS STILL OCCURRING IN FORT WAYNE AND NEW HAVEN.
