IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA ...RANDOLPH COUNTY AT 909 PM EST RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES SOUTH OF WINCHESTER OR 15 MILES NORTH OF RICHMOND. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL AFFECT THE TOWNS OF LYNN...WINCHESTER... BARTONIA AND RURAL. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING... PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING.
