SOUTHEASTERN WAUPACA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WISCONSIN * UNTIL 445 PM CDT * AT 406 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 10 MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF WAUPACA...NEAR ROYALTON.
