SOUTHERN OUTAGAMIE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WISCONSIN * UNTIL 445 PM CDT * AT 351 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF APPLETON...NEAR NEW LONDON. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. * THE DANGEROUS STORM WILL BE NEAR...
