* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 1020 PM CDT

* AT 954 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SPOTTERS REPORTED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 10 MILES SOUTH OF SIOUX FALLS  OR NEAR
  HARRISBURG NORTHWEST OF CANTON MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  CANTON                   AROUND 1005 PM CDT

THIS REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHERN AND
CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY.
