A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR 4 MILES NORTH OF FRANKLIN MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS IN OR NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE...
