  SOUTHERN FRIO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  SOUTHERN ZAVALA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 940 AM CDT

* FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND-


* FLOODING ALONG LOW WATER CROSSINGS...LOW LYING AREAS...CREEKS AND
  STREAMS CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HALVES OF ZAVALA AND
  FRIO COUNTIES THROUGH 930 AM.  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CRYSTAL
  CITY AND DILLEY.

RAINFALL REPORTS IN EXCESS OF FIVE INCHES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED 15
MILES WENST OF DILLEY.  CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL LIKELY RISE QUICKLY
