EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN GRANT COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS EXTREME NORTHEASTERN MORTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN STANTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS EXTREME NORTHWESTERN STEVENS COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS * UNTIL 315 PM CDT * AT 1110 AM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 18 MILES NORTHWEST OF HUGOTON OR 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ULYSSES.
