FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING
 
   ...CENTRAL GOSHEN COUNTY
 
A SPOTTER NEAR LINGLE WYOMING REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD FROM THE STORM
LOCATED 9 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF TORRINGTON. THE STORM WAS MOVING
EAST AT 15 MPH AN HOUR AND WILL PASS 4 MILES NORTH OF TORRINGTON
AT 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON.
 
DOPPLER RADAR ALSO INDICATED STRONG ROTATION IN THIS STORM.  IT HAS THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY MOMENT
 
THIS TORNADO WARNING REPLACES THE PREVIOUS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
ISSUED ON THIS STORM.
 
IF A TORNADO APPROACHES...SEEK SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE OR IN
