THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HOLMES COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 555 PM EDT

* HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO FALL ACROSS PORTIONS OF HOLMES COUNTY FOR
  THE NEXT TWO TO THREE HOURS.  ONE TO TWO INCHES OF ADDITIONAL
  RAIN IS POSSIBLE.  THIS MAY CUASE FLASH FLOODING OF SOME
  SMALL STREAMS FLOWING INTO THE KILLBUCK CREEK AND ALONG SECONDARY
  ROADS NEAR THE CREEK.
