* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  HANCOCK COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN OHIO
  WOOD COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN OHIO

* UNTIL 1220 PM EDT

* AT 1015 AM...DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
  WITH HEAVY RAIN TRAINING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF WOOD COUNTY
  AND NORTHERN HANCOCK COUNTY. UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN WAS ESTIMATED BY
  DOPPLER RADAR SINCE 7AM. THE BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
