  CRAWFORD COUNTY PA IN NORTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 625 PM EDT

* NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS BETWEEN SAEGERTOWN AND CAMBRIDGE
  SPRINGS HAS DUMPED NEARLY TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 315
AND 415PM.  THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ALONG TRIBUTARIES
  OF THE FRENCH CREEK.
