IN OHIO ...ASHTABULA COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA ...CRAWFORD COUNTY PERSISTENT HEAVY RAINS ACROSS EASTERN ASHTABULA AND WESTERN CRAWFORD COUNTY PA WILL LIKELY CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN LOW-LYING AREAS NEAR STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES UNTIL EARLY AFTERNOON. SINCE 7 AM RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER TWO INCHES HAVE BEEN ESTIMATED FROM THE CLEVELAND DOPPLER RADAR. MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL LAST UNTIL ABOUT 1 PM AND FLOODING MAY WORSEN. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
