IN OHIO ...HURON COUNTY...RICHLAND COUNTY PERSISTANT HEAVY RAINS THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTHEAST RICHLAND AND EASTERN HURON COUNTIES WILL LIKELY PRODUCE PONDING OF WATER IN LOW-LYING AREAS ESPECIALLY NEAR CREEKS AND STREAMS FROM SHENANDOAH TO GREENWICH AND NEW LONDON. MORE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING AND MINOR FLOODING WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
