EAST INTO NORTHERN ASHLAND COUNTY. FROM 1 TO LOCALLY 2 INCHES OF RAIN
WAS INDICATED WITH THIS STORM IN NORTHEAST RICHLAND COUNTY FROM 6 TO 7
PM. THIS WILL LIKELY RESULT IN LOCALIZED FLOODING ACROSS NORTHEAST
RICHLAND AND NORTHERN ASHLAND COUNTIES.
