  MONROE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 200 AM EDT

* AT 950 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER THE ROCHESTER
  AREA AND ITS EASTERN SUBURBS...MOVING SLOWLY EAST.

* THESE STORMS HAVE ALREADY PRODUCED UP TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN
  SINCE 7 PM AT CHILI...AND 2 TO 4 INCHES ACROSS MOST OF THE
  METROPOLITAN AREA. WIDESPREAD URBAN FLOODING IS IN PROGRESS. THE
