* AT 845 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM ALBION TO
  CHURCHVILLE AND CHILI... MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

* THESE STORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST ACROSS ROCHESTER AND ITS
  SOUTHERN SUBURBS...WITH THE POTENTIAL OF ANOTHER ONE TO TWO
  INCHES OF RAIN OVER AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED OVER AN INCH
  OF RAIN DURING THE PAST HOUR. TOWNS MOST AFFECTED WILL BE
  CHILI...BRIGHTON...HENRIETTA...AND PENFIELD.
