* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN LIVINGSTON COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 1055 AM EDT

* AT 850 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING EAST ACROSS SOUTHERN
  LIVINGSTON COUNTY AT 20 MPH. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF
  PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF OVER AN INCH AN HOUR.

* THE HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING.
