  FALLS...25 MILES NORTH OF ROCHESTER...THROUGH ALMA AND BLACK RIVER
  FALLS...WHICH ARE 40 TO 50 MILES NORTH OF LA CROSSE. ROADS HAVE
  BEEN WASHED OUT AND WERE COVERED WITH WATER TWO TO FOUR FEET DEEP.

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF FLOOD WATERS THREATEN.
