* AT 930 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN COVERING THE AREA BETWEEN STRUM
  AND BLACK RIVER FALLS... MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
