AT 555 PM MST...TUCSON DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS FROM 15 MILES EAST THROUGH 30 MILES SOUTHEAST OF AJO.
THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO WEST AT 5 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS GUSTS TO 70 MPH...VISIBILITIES REDUCED
BELOW 1/4 MILE IN BLOWING DUST...ONE INCH HAIL...AND VER(Y HEAVY RAIN
WITH ACCUMULATIONS IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES IN 30 MINUTES.

COUNTY. THESE ARE LARGE STORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN AND HAIL
REPORTED...BIG QUESTION IS WHETHER OR NOT STORMS WILL MAKE IT
INTO TUS. THE DESERTS WEST OF TUCSON ARE DEFINATELY FULL OF
MOISTURE AND THINGS OUGHT TO BE ACTIVE OUT THERE. IT LOOKS LIKE
IT WILL BE A BIG DAY TODAY AND THAT SHOULD MAKE TOMORROW LESS
ACTIVE...BUT STILL PLENTY OF MOISTURE AROUND FOR SCATTERED
TSTORMS. SATURDAY ABOUT THE SAME AS FRIDAY WITH LITTLE CHANGE IN
THE OVERALL PATTERN...DRYING FROM THE WEST WILL PROBABLY NOT MAKE
