THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON AZ HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 825 PM MST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHERN ARIZONA

   ...CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY
 
AT 650 PM TUCSON DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT STRONG STORMS WERE
DEVELOPING ACROSS CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY WITH EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL.
RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES OF 1.0 TO 2.0 INCHES WERE BEING
OBSERVED AT 650 PM WITH STORMS CONTINUING TO FORM. THE STRONGEST
STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG HIGHWAY 86 FROM THREE POINT TO SELLS WITH
LITTLE OR NO MOVEMENT.

DON'T DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS! MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
AUTOMOBILES.
