FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
 
   ...NORTHERN MUSKOGEE COUNTY
 
AT 215 AM...MUSKOGEE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED THAT MAJOR STREET
FLOODING WAS OCCURRING IN THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE...WHERE FROM 1 TO 2
INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH THE AREA THROUGH 5 AM. RUNOFF
FROM THE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FURTHER FLOODING PROBLEMS EARLY
THIS MORNING. PERSONS IN THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE LIVING IN FLOOD PRONE
AREAS SHOULD CHECK CONDITIONS IN THEIR AREA AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.
