* CAUSE AND EFFECT
     THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO DEVELOP AND MOVE OVER COFFEY
     COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES BETWEEN TWO AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN
     HAVE OCCURRED OVER MUCH OF THE COUNTY. FLASH FLOODING IS
     LIKELY WITH THIS MUCH RAIN.

     THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE AREA INTO THE
     EARLY MORNING HOURS.
