AT 130 PM EMERGENCY OFFICIALS ARE REPORTING A LEVEE BlREAK ALONG THE
NORTH BANK OF THE COSUMNES RIVER BETWEEN SLOUGHHOUSE AND WILTON. THIS
BREAK WILL AFFECT RESIDENTS IN THE VICINITY OF SLOUGHHOUSE ROAD.

THCKNS DROPPING THRU FCST PD...AND CURRENT TEMPS ALREADY DROPPING IN
MANY AREAS. THEREFORE...HAVE UPDATED ALL ZONES TO REFLECT COOLING
TEMPS. RADAR STILL SHOWING HEAVIEST PCPN IN FOOTHILLS WITH A DECENT
BREAK NOW SHOWING UP TO OUR WEST. HOWEVER...WE ARE NOT OUT OF THE
WOODS YET AS ANOTHER BATCH OF RAIN HEADING INTO THE SFO BAY AND
MOVING ON UP THE DELTA. THIS WILL AGGRIVATE THE SITUATION THERE.
SINCE WE HAVE ALREADY GOT THE ENTIRE CWA UNDER SOME SORT OF FLOOD
WARNING OR ADVISORY...NO NEED TO CANCEL ANY OF THOSE AT THIS TIME.
