FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 335 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...WESTERN GARFIELD COUNTY
 
AND AROUND THE TOWN OF PANGUITCH...SPECIFICALLY NEAR THREE MILE
CREEK...WHICH IS TO THE WEST OF PANGUITCH.

DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS HEAVY RAINFALL NEAR THE TOP OF THREE MILE
CREEK.  RAINFALL OF OVER 2 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST
HOUR ACCORDING TO DOPPLER RADAR.

FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY ALONG AND NEAR THREE MILE CREEK AS IT
MOVES TOWARD THE SEVIER RIVER...NORTH OF PANGUITCH.

IT MAY TAKE UP TO 2 HOURS FOR THE WATER TO REACH THE VALLEY AREAS
NORTH OF PANGUITCH AND IN THE VICINITY OF HIGHWAY 89.
 
PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS...AND BE
PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND...SHOULD FLOODWATERS THREATEN.

DO NOT TRY TO OUTRACE A FLASH FLOOD...EITHER ON FOOT OR IN YOUR
