FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 835 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHWESTERN UTAH

   ...SOUTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY
 
A REPORT OF FLASH FLOODING IN COALPITS WASH WAS RECEIVED FROM
ZION NATIONAL PARK HEADQUARTERS AT 620 PM.  PEOPLE LOCATED IN
THE TOWN OF GRAFTON NORTH OF THE VIRGIN RIVER SHOULD PREPARE FOR
A RAPID RISE IN THE COALPITS WASH BETWEEN 640PM AND 730PM.

THE 88D RADAR INDICATES THAT ABOUT 1.00 INCH AMOUNTS OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN IN THIS AREA SINCE 600 PM.  MORE SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
ARE EXPECTED TO CROSS EASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY DURING THE NEXT
COUPLE OF HOURS.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
