IN SOUTHWESTERN UTAH

AT 1230 PM AN AREA OF HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED OVER
PIUTE...WESTERN GARFILED AND EASTERN IRON COUNTIES.  DOPPLER RADAR
INDICATES THE MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS IS NEARLY STATIONARY.
FLOODING HAS OCCURRED IN SOME OF THIS AREA YESTERDAY AND WITH
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS TODAY...FLOODING IS LIKELY.  RADAR ESTIMATES
OF OVER AN INCH AND A HALF IN AN HOUR HAVE BEEN RECORDED.
