   ...SOUTHWESTERN GARFIELD COUNTY

AT 233 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN WAS INDICATED
BY DOPPLER RADAR OVER HATCH UTAH MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.
FLASH FLOODING OF STREAM EXITING THE SURROUNDING MOUNTAINS IS
EXPECTED THROUGH 340 PM.
