THUNDERSTORMS JUST SOUTH OF PINE VALLEY IN SOUTHERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY.
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 3/4 OF AN INCH OF RAIN IN THE PAST HALF-HOUR.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL PRODUCE LOCAL FLOODING IN PINE VALLEY...AND
