INCLUDING HIGHWAY K TO THE SOUTHEAST OF IBERIA * CAUSE AND EFFECT THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN HAVE PRODUCED 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE THIS EVENING OVER SOUTHEAST MILLER COUNTY. * FORECAST CONDITIONS A LARGE AREA OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS MILLER COUNTY...AS WELL AS MARIES PHELPS AND PULASKI COUNTIES WHERE A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM...MAKING FLOODING LIKELY.
