  NORTHWEST HOWELL COUNTY IN THE MARK TWAIN NATIONAL FOREST
  LOW WATER CROSSINGS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  AT 240 PM DOPPLER RADAR IN SPRINGFIELD WAS SHOWING NEARLY
  STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS HOWELL COUNTY.  RADAR WAS ESTIMATING OVER TWO
  INCHES WITHIN THE PAST HOUR IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER THE SAME AREA
  FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS PRODUCING ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL PER HOUR.

REMEMBER TO NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE IN WATER COVERED ROADWAYS.
