  SINCE MIDNIGHT...RADAR ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN FOUR AND FIVE
  INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER CENTRAL MORGAN COUNTY BETWEEN
  GRAVOIS MILLS...STOVER AND VERSAILLES.
