  AT 630AM RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE
  STOCKTON LAKE AREA SINCE 4AM.  1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL 
  HAS ALSO FALLEN FROM HERMITAGE TO ROLLA AND MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED
  ACROSS THIS REGION.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL
  CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 2 TO 3 HOURS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
