* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  AT 1223 PM RADAR IN SPRINGFIELD INDICATED THAT TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAD OCCURRED OVER PORTIONS OF TEXAS COUNTY SINCE 10 AM.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF
  TEXAS COUNTY THROUGH 200 PM...PRODUCING ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES 
  OF RAIN.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO
