IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI ...HOWELL COUNTY...OREGON COUNTY...SHANNON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI ...OZARK COUNTY AT 251 PM CST...RADAR ESTIMATED THAT 1-2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF OZARK AND HOWELL COUNTIES SINCE 100 PM. AN ADDITIONAL 1-3 INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY IN THIS AREA AS STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS MOVE NORTHEASTWARD OUT OF ARKANSAS BETWEEN NOW AND 430 PM. THIS HEAVY RAINFALL IS CURRENTLY MOVING INTO SHANNON AND OREGON COUNTIES AND FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE THERE THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON.
