FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN EAST KENTUCKY

AN IFLOWS AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGE INDICATED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN IN THE
PAST 6 HOURS. DUE TO ALREADY SATURATED GROUND...THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE
FLASH FLOODING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
