VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS ARE BEGINNING TO MOVE SOUTH OF JACKSON COUNTY
WV. THERE HAVE BEEN REPORTS OF MAIN ROADS UNDER WATER AND EVACUATIONS
TAKING PLACE IN THE EVANS WV AREA...WITH POSSIBLE EVACUATIONS BEING
CONTEMPLATED IN OTHER AREAS. RAIN HAS ENDED BUT SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS
ARE STILL RISING RAPIDLY...AND WILL DO SO FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
