FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA

FLOODING PERSISTS OVER NORTHERN SAMPSON COUNTY WHERE 3 TO 5 INCHES OF
RAIN HAD FALLEN BETWEEN 5 AND 8 PM. SAMPSON COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS
REPORTED NUMEROUS ROADS FLOODED IN AND AROUND CLINTON AT 815 PM. SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE AREA THROUGH 1030 PM WITH AN
ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE. FLOODING ON ROADS..CREEKS AND
STREAMS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

CONCENTRATED NEAR AUTRYVILLE..SALEMBURG AND\ ROSEBORO.
 
DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IN RISING WATER
