THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 420 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN  DELAWARE

   ...NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY
 
AT 215 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
SHOW HEAVY RAINS FALLING ACROSS NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY.  THESE
STORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE TOWARD THE EAST AT AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR.
THE WHITE CLAY CREEK WAS RISING RAPIDLY RISING AT 215 PM AND WAS AT
8.83 FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 13 FEET.

IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA PRONE TO FLOODING...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY...BEFORE YOUR ACCESS IS CUT OFF BY RISING FLOOD WATERS.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO
