IN NEW JERSEY ...SALEM COUNTY ...GLOUCESTER COUNTY IN DELAWARE ...NEW CASTLE COUNTY A THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAINS WAS LOCATED IN NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY AT 115 PM EDT. THIS THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
