FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 PM PST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONSS...
 
IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
 
   ...SOUTHWESTERN SAN MATEO COUNTY...SANTA CRUZ COUNTY
 
RAINFALL CONTINUES TO BE HEAVY ACROSS SANTA CRUZ AND SOUTHWESTERN SAN
MATEO COUNTY. MANY SMALL CREEKS REMAIN BANKFULL ACROSS THE WARNING AREA.
THE SAN LORENZO RIVER AT 2PM WAS AT 16.8 FEET. THE CORRALITOS CREEK IS
WELL WITHIN ITS BANKS AT 2PM WITH A STAGE OF 8.0 FEET. RAINFALL WILL
CONTINUE TO BE OCCASIONALLY HEAVY FOR THE NEXT 2 HOURS OVER THE WARNING
AREA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
