  KANDIYOHI COUNTY - CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED

* AT 600 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH LARGE
  HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS NEAR WILLMAR.  THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST
  AT 30 MPH.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM...WITH LARGE HAIL.  STAY INDOORS AWAY
FROM WINDOWS.

A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT.  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE
