* AT 220 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE STORMS
  FROM NEAR ST CLOUD TO DASSEL.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30
  TO 35 MPH.

THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING WIND DAMAGE AND
