* AT 845 AM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF SEVERE STORMS
  WITH LARGE HAIL FROM ANOKA TO SPRING LAKE PARK OR ABOUT 10 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF MINNEAPOLIS.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
