* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES A LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  TORRENTIAL RAINS MOVING ACROSS SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE
  METRO AREA.  RAINFALL ESTIMATES HAVE BEEN RANGING FROM 1 TO 2
  INCHES AN HOUR WITH THIS AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  THESE STORMS WILL AFFECT THE AREA THROUGH AT LEAST 7 AM THIS
