    INCHES OF RAIN WAS REPORTED IN 1 1/2 HOURS IN MINNEOTA WHICH IS
    ABOUT 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF MARSHALL IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* FORECAS8T CONDITIONS
    FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTCENTRAL MINNESOTA
  EARLY THIS MORNING AS HEAVY RAIN FALLS ON SATURATED GROUND.
