IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA ...OSCEOLA COUNTY AT 333 PM...DOPPLER RADAR IN MELBOURNE INDICATED A STRONG TORNADIC CIRCULATION 5 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF WINTER HAVEN. THE STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH AND WILL AFFECT AREAS SOUTH OF BIG LAKE TOHO BY 350 PM. TORNADOES HAVE OCCURRED WITH THIS STORM IN POLK COUNTY! THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.
