IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA ...DADE COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS INCLUDING BISCAYNE BAY. AT 555 PM...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BEGIN TO DECREASE OVER THE KENDALL AREA. THE STORM WILL MOVE LITTLE AND IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OVER SOUTH MIAMI...RICHMOND HTS AND BISCAYNE BAY BETWEEN 600 PM AND 700 PM. DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN... AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
